If you like gelato, then you must go to the Takapuna Beach Cafe. Basically, I like anything with peanut butter so when I saw the peanut butter gelato, I was sold. The flavour was amazing and there were little chunks of dark chocolate in it. Yummy!
I also tried their chocolate gelato, it's really dense and smooth but not overpoweringly sweet.
The cafe has a very nice view of the Rangitoto Island. The food, coffee and menu was pretty good and they serve carbonated water which was pretty fancy.
I really wanted to try their breakfast menu but I was there a bit late, however, their lunch menu didn't disappoint me. I would definitely go there again to try their brunch menu.
